Tezis Flow
Good processes.
Great follow-through.
Turn your procedures into guided workflows: onboarding, offboarding, suppliers, incidents and document reviews. Give every step a clear owner, keep handoffs moving, and see what needs to happen next.
From process to progress
Less chasing.
More happening.
The best process is the one your team can follow.
Bring your documented procedures into the day-to-day work. Flow turns an SOP into a shared workflow, so your team moves from knowing the steps to completing them.

01
Start with the way you work
Choose your SOPs. Flow proposes the steps, roles, forms and approvals they describe, and cites the passage behind each instruction.
02
Make every handoff clear
Every step has an owner, the information it needs and, where it matters, an approver. Evidence and comments stay with the step.
03
Keep the next step in sight
See what is ready, what is waiting on whom, and what is overdue. Reminders go to the person who can move it forward.
Three ways to begin
Start with what you have.
Shape it to fit.

From your documents
Pick the procedures to draft from. Flow proposes a workflow and shows where each instruction came from, and what the documents leave open.
From a starter template
Begin with Tezis’s template for the kind of work. Every step starts as a suggestion you change or approve before anyone uses it.
From scratch
An empty workflow. Add the roles, steps, forms and approvals yourself.
Made for the everyday
Real work.
Room for a better way.
“We have a process. We just need it to happen.” Six kinds of workflow are ready to start from, and you can name your own.
- Client onboardingFrom a signed client to the start of the work: details, checks, approvals and the kickoff.
- Employee onboardingA new hire’s first days: paperwork, equipment and access, training and a first review.
- Supplier onboardingApproving a new supplier or vendor: due diligence, documents, risk review and set-up.
- Employee offboardingSomeone leaving: handover, returning equipment, removing access and the final record.
- Incident and corrective actionAn incident or deviation: record, contain, find the cause, correct and verify it worked.
- Document review and approvalA new or revised procedure: draft, review, approve, train the people affected, publish.
- Your ownName any other procedure, then draft it from your documents or build it step by step.
Built to be checked
You decide.
Flow follows through.
01
Every instruction shows its source
A drafted step cites the document and section it came from, and the page where it has one. Gaps and contradictions are raised as questions, not guessed.
02
Nothing runs until you publish
A manager reviews the draft, settles its questions and approves its suggestions. Work in progress keeps the version it started with.
03
People make the decisions
Flow never approves or rejects. It records who did, and when, and flags a workflow for review when a procedure it cites changes.
A little more clarity
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Can I use Tezis Flow today?
Yes, for organizations Tezis has opened it to. It is turned on for each organization, not for each person: if yours does not have it yet, your administrator can ask Tezis to turn it on.
Do I need another account?
No. Flow uses your Tezis account. If your organization already uses Docs it is the same account, and the same organization and permissions carry over.
How does Flow work with Docs?
Docs holds your procedures and answers questions about them. Flow starts from those same documents and turns them into steps people complete, citing the passage each step came from.
Does AI make decisions in our workflows?
No. It drafts a proposal from your documents for a manager to review and publish. People complete the steps and make every approval.
Is the example above our actual workspace?
No. It is an illustration with a fictional new hire. Your organization’s workflows are in the Flow app.
